Compatible with all energy sources, including induction, this range is as wide as it is popular. The rim designs allow for drip-free pouring, and the handles are secured with stainless steel rivets. The contemporary satin finish will suit all kitchen decor, with the internal capacity markings on a polished internal finish that make cooking measurement easy and accurate. Featuring a ceramic lid, the conical shape of the 28cm Scanpan Impact Tagine creates a moist environment perfect for slow cooking. Plus, its attractive look and double riveted handles allow it to be moved from the stovetop to the table for serving. The modern design of this tagine uses a thick steel-clad pan that heats up quickly and delivers perfect results on any stovetop, including induction.
